When a temperature sensor reports that it is out of its approved range, an alert is triggered. The alert can be in the form of a text message, email, voice message or display in the SyncSeer portal. Escalation plans ensure that when an alert is not responded to further action can be taken.

Historic and audit data is maintained on the SyncSeer server which can be accessed using any web browser. Access is roles based and supports object level security allowing users only to see the temperature monitors that they are responsible for.

Reports are available in real time and can also be sent at regular daily, weekly or monthly intervals. The data that is stored is audited in real time, this ensures that the trail of any change can be tracked if required.
